If what you've been getting isn't exactly what you want, its time to
realize that what you're doing isn't working. Its time to make a
shift. Begin at once to see whats ultimately possible and begin
moving in its direction. Not making a change assures you more of
the same. Ask yourself "Is what i'm doing right now leading me
closer to, or further from my objective?" By focusing on whats
possible we see whats probable. Set the intention, and move with
confidence in the direction of your dream

So, I have been looking at my life and the spirals it goes through ....so I decided to switch up everything that I have been doing.
Life is getting better everyday....
I am starting to meet some really powerful women here on so-called SkidRow!
They touch , move and inspire me everyday. Since I have become a "participant leader" at Downtown Women's Center....
Everyday I hear the women say things like"I'm so tired", "I wish I had my housing...", "Why do I have to go through this shit?"..."I miss my children..." "My family doesn't care for me..."
I am happy to say my daughters have really come through for me during this time of me returning to Los Angeles to get my life together. here they are---Nina McIntosh
Wonder Tattooz
I am so proud of them, not only are they beautiful they are smart and passionate...
Love from your MOM
Today is Veteran's Day and Maya Angelou posted this on Facebook:
We are all veterans today. There is not one of us who can say we didn't have a father, a brother, a cousin, an aunt, a sister, a friend... who served or serves in the military. Veterans represent us and when necessary fight for us, let us represent and fight for each other.
Love to my Father, Irving Ashby who served in WWII- r.i.p. Daddy , I love you and miss you!
Yvette.....
